In the Kamarata Valley, south of the Auyantepui is the Kavak Camp. From there you get a wonderful view of the savannah and the tepuis that surround the valley, its main tourist attraction is the Kavak Cave.

To get to the camp you must take a private flight in a small plane, upon arrival you will be greeted by a Pemon or native of the place, they are very friendly people and founders of the camp.

The camp has ten cabins made of wattle and daub and cane, with roofs made of palm trees. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are equipped with mosquito nets, there are also bathrooms in each of the bedrooms.
