It is a very modern facility with metallic structures and mostly stained glass windows, it will bear the name A+A (A PLUS), thus identifying the twin cities of Acarigua-Araure, it will have a central monument in reference to the Battle of Araure, as well as offices of seniat, banks, restaurants, governmental, among others.
